Maral and Daniel first met at Colorado
State University. Maral claims that they lived in the same dormitory
(Ingersoll) her freshman year, but Daniel has no memory of that.
He was way too busy studying for classes. They both received their
degree in Computer Information Systems from CSU. Go Rams!!
It was not until some time after graduation that they decided to start dating. Although you can never get a straight answer of who kissed whom first, Daniel says Maral, Maral says Daniel and it will be debated for years to come. After some time of dating Daniel knew that Maral was the one he was meant to be with.
After securing the parents blessing Daniel asked Maral to marry him on December 25, 2008. She had no idea that he was going to ask her. He kept it real simple, down on one knee in her parent's basement. It was the greatest Christmas gift that Daniel has ever received; the love of his life. The best is yet to come.

The youngest member of the family is the superhero loving Malik, he usually sides with DanDan and has become the mini-Daniel of the house. He says DanDan is his best friend, enjoys their boys only time at the driving range and the Tony Hawks skateboard game on XBox 360. He joins the wedding party as the Junior Best Man.
